Why the work is slow
Tile and stone in the desert take a beating.
I’m the owner/operator of Clean & Seal. I have been doing this work since 1999, and I personally do all the work.
Sun. Irrigation. Pool chemical. Grout that was never sealed. You can blast a floor in a morning and call it clean. It won’t last.
I stay on a floor until the grout is actually clean, the color is even, and the sealer has gone in. That takes hours. Sometimes a couple of days. I don’t run a crew. I don’t split my attention across three houses.
